When I try to access a link from Outlook, and get the following error
message. I have reset IE7 to default. No help. THIS OPERATION HAS BEEN CANCELED DUE TO RESTRICTIONS IN EFFECT ON THIS COMPUTER. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR. Can anyone give me a hand? Many thanks, Bill |

Are you the administrator for the computer? In Control Panel/Default

If you are comfortable making a minor registry edit, you can try the
following, which should fix the problem: Close IE. Open Regedit.
