Typically, these are the result of deleting a profile (Documents &
Settings)improperly by just deleting the folder. I always delete them
when I see them.

The "right" way is to right click "My Computer", select Properties and
the "Advanced tab. The middle button will list all the profiles. Delete
them from there.

If it keeps happening, you need to find out why they are appearing.
