Default Not enough resources to log on?

32 bit Vista Ultimate, 3GB of ram, plenty of free disk space.
Occasionaly when computer goes to sleep or logs off, I get a message
'not enough esources to log in'.
I can shutdown, restart & get on fine, but that's kind of a pain.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Yeah, been trying to convince them to upgrade to Win 7 for a while.
Windows 8?
Thanks, but after Me & Vista, I'll pass on the public beta testing.

HOW IS YOUR MALE VAGINA DOING PREVIOUS POSTER? WHEN INSTALLED PROPERLY (AS A CLEAN INSTALL) WINDOWS 7 FIXES ALL OF THE PROBLEMS THAT I HAD WITH WINDOWS VISTA, AND IT IS ACTUALLY MUCH MORE STABLE THAN WINDOWS VISTA, WITH FEWER SOFTWARE BUGS IN IT AS WELL! JUST FYI. THREAD REMAINS CLOSED! P.S. YOUR OTHER TWO OPTIONS ARE THE WINDOWS 8 CUSTOMER PREVIEW, AND/OR OPEN SOURCE LINUX UBUNTU 12.04 LONG TERM SUPPORT RELEASE TO WEB.
