Default Huge file in Windows tracing

I have these two files: NDPTSP.log and KMDDSP.log in C:\Windows\tracing
Do I really need them?
Can I delete them and save 5 GB?

Some Google searching shows it's something to do with Routing and Remote
Access logging:
