I have mouse with 5 buttons. I cant find update for the application which

Does anyone knows such similar for Windows Vista, or at least is it possible

Beyond the standard mouse buttons/features is totally dependent on the
specific driver from the specific manufacturer of your mouse. You will have
to check with them for possible Vista driver updates.
