Default Exchange system management

I can not install the exchange system management tools on Windows Vista.
The error is "the internet information service snap-in is either not
installed or disable"

Did you check to be sure it's Vista compatible and that you have met all the
precursors for installation ... for example since it says it needs IIS, is
IIS installed in Vista?

I am getting the same error and have verified that IIS is installed.
It looks like Microsoft's Exchange management tool may not run under
Vista.

I have not had any luck installing Exchange System Management on Vista, even
after installing IIS.
