Default Network icon on desktop

How can I get the Network icon to appear on the Vista desktop? If I right
click it from the Start menu, I don't get a Show on Desktop option. Using
Vista Ultimate.

TIA
Diane

Hello Diane, you can right-click on the Desktop and choose Personalize.
Under Tasks, on the left side, choose Change desktop icons and check
Network.
