Default joining domain

I have succesfully joined our SBS2003 domain as per KB926505 with a
notebook running Vista Business, however once it gets to the desktop
there is button on the task bar with the following message "windows small
business server is requesting your permission". There is nothing under
details, and we have to click OK to continue.
Just an annoyance, but how can we prevent this extra step and have the
desktop load "normally".
