Connevction to internet failure after reboot
Home Premiium on Sony Vaio F41
I can get this brand new computer to connect to the internet through my wireless network but the next time I switch the computer on or reboot, the wireless network shows 'local' only. I have to go through the repair proceedure to get 'local and internet' connection. This happens every time I start the computer or reboot it. I cannot find any reference to this anywhere. Can anyone help, please.

Connevction to internet failure after reboot
Try to disable IPV6. If that doesn't fix the problem. post back with the result of ipconfig /all.

Thanks. I've given in and taken the computer back. I got the impression that
Vista isn't yet compatible with BT Broadband or my BT Home Hub. It certainly wasn't compatible with my printer server or my Netgear SC101.
