Default Cannot see computers

I just purchased 2 identical dell dimension e521 desktops with vista
business. One can see all computers on our network, but the other cant.
I've set up everything the same but still can't see the other computers
except for the one vista machine. I can go to internet, connect to network
printers, can connect to our erp system with terminal emulation program, but
just cant see workgroup computers. please help... thanks

In both Vista run this command line: net view. Post back with the system error if you receive one.

Default Cannot see computers

Robert, I have tried this, and get a quickly flashing screen that looks like it was a DOS screen. Too fast to read.
How do I get it to stay displayed?

I also tried the same with the
net use \\vistaip
Command you suggested to me earlier. Same problem.

Any suggestions??

Go to startrun, type cmd and press enter. Now, you should be in command line.

Default Cannot see computers

Slow but sure Bob..

here are the results.
I ran net use \\vistaip
and got a System error 53. Network not found, yet I can see the other
machines through Windows Explorer and access their files from the VISTA
machine. I just can't access the VISTA files from the other ones.

I have checked my Zone Alarm firewalls on the XP and WME's and they all show my private network as Trusted too.
