Default Vista Internet Connections

I just installed Vista Ultimate on my laptop and it works great. Only problem
is now I cannot get internet access at my local library anymore. I did when I
had xp installed. According to what Vista is letting me know is it connects
to the network but then from the network, there is a problem getting internet.

Network Error MSG;
'It appears someone has the same IP Adress as this computer and it is not
resolved, it could limit network activity. If this computer was assigned a
manual IP address, please assign it a different one"

The kind of summed it up to what it said.

Then I tried the vista diagnose network solution, and no luck with all 3
options it provides me.
- Automatically get new IP adress for wireless Connection
- Reset the network router and try again
- Reset the wireless Network Adaptor

Any solutions would be greatly appreciated becuase I have no clue when it
comes to this. Thanks
