Bob,
I have HP 6110 with same issue. Vista Home Premium 32. Head to Toe

Thanks you.

One more note to extend a BIG thanks to Bob for his patch. I have an
OfficeJet 7410 that had the same problem. When it was hooked up to my
new Vista laptop, the duplex printing stopped working. I found
instructions for switching two sided printing capability from
"uninstalled" to "installed." Two sided printing started working, but
the second page was flipped upside down.

Bob's patch was easy to install and has completely fixed my problem. I
do want to share that when I first implemented Bob's fix, two sided
printing worked immediately, but printing to the OfficeJet became
extremely sluggish (five minutes plus just to select that printer and
select two sided printing). Rebooting didn't help. Finally, I
uninstalled the printer and re-installed the driver thinking that I
would have to repeat Bob's patch. To my pleasant surprise, the re-load
fixed everything and there was no need to re-do Bob's patch. Printer
has worked great now for over two weeks.

THANK YOU BOB!!

I am also experiencing problems with the hp m2727 single sided printing
only. I am running both Vista and XP. It was working fine and then it
suddenly refused to duplex anymore.
