Default IP Forwarding, Routing

Hi i have a program instaled that connects to a remote server 192.168.2.1 is
there a way to modify the route or something so when i try to connect to
192.168.2.1 port 1111 to connect me to 192.168.3.1 port 1111 ?

If you have two NICs in the server. Enable RRAS.
