Default Network between to PC's

I have Vista Home Edition on Desktop and Laptop. My Desktop can see and
open shared folders on laptop however my laptop can only see the desktp but
can't accress it. All the settings appear to be the same. I however do
notice that when I hover the mouse over the Desktoppc down the bottom (on
Network page) it does not show Network Location which for the laptop and
desktop sows the same name.

Can you help. Thanks
