Hi,
I am also having the network issue. My desktop is having windows xp
home edition and laptop is with windows vista. I tried to network
these 2 computers with wireless belkin router. Both are connecting to
Internet. From my desktop, I am able to see my laptop and connecting
to my laptop's shared folders. But from my laptop, I am not able to
see my desktop and its shared folders. My printer is connect to my
desktop. Both computers are having the sam workgroup name. Please help

Can you ping the desktop by IP? If not, check the firewall first. Or these links may help,
