Default Unable to access mouse settings in control panel.

Hello.

I am unable to access my mouse settings in control panel as the
administartor of my laptop which is running Windows Vista Home Premium. The
button in control panel does not respond when I click it, however all the
others do. Can anyont tell me what is wrong? Thanks.

I too have the same problem. I can't even get into the Control Panel at all
without Windows Explorer crashing.
