Yes it is the Microsoft VPN Client. It seems to connect to the public IP
address of the Cisco 3005 VPN Concentrator, but it fails at authentication. No specific error message is given. It just presents me with "Failed to connect.." window with options to "Diagnose the problem", "Try again" or "Try a different connection". When I click "Diagnose the problem" link I get message that "Windows did not find any problems with this computer's network connection." Thanks Razman "Aanand Ramachandran" wrote: Hi Razman, Are you using a MIcrosoft VPN client? Hi Razman,
I would really appreciate it if you could collect some logs and send them to me. THis will help us investigate . Here is what we need RAS Logs Execute the following from elevated command prompt • netsh ras set tr * en This enables RAS tracing • recreate the issue • netsh ras set tr * di This disabled RAS tracing This will generate log files in the %windir%\tracing directory. Please zip the files and send them to me thanks Aanand "DRasco" wrote in message news ![]() Yes it is the Microsoft VPN Client.
