Default Sound card for Vista

I'm running Vista Ultimate 32 bit on an intel 875 motherboard.

Does anyone know a link that will tell me which sound card(s) are supported
natively by Vista? Seems like a simple enough question, but all I can find
is workarounds for existing, non-functioning boards. I just want to buy one
that works. Thanks.

There is no single complete source.
Each manufacturer determines if or when they will support Vista.
Start your search by checking the manufacturers website of the card you
would like.

Creative's X-fi series works; however, the drivers are still in beta.
