Will Nvidia Aver have drivers available for this card??
I they do can somebody tell me where to get them.

Nope, it's too far out of date. Even the 5000 series is not supported.

Default Geforce4 Ti4600

The 5xxx series cards are supported. However, they can not take advantage of
some of the Vista features that the 6xxx and later cards can. See the
