I am going to go nuts! When I am viewing internet pages the screen and images
flicker/shudder as I scroll up and down or go over icons in the page with the
mouse.

Also I can not view Myspaces pages fully. They dont upload.

Can anyone help? This wasnt an issue prior to Vista being downloaded.

I think you should try run ie without add-on.

I am showing a ton of enabled add-ons, which shoudl i disable?

i just want to know , how about viewing page without add-on, did this issue
occur using this method? i'm also a user , i just want to give some advise
for you. i wanna help you if i could.
if this issue doesn't occur using ie without add-on, i think it could be
related some 3rd add-on, we should disable some add-on to check if this issue
occur.

Click Start, type in internet explorer. Internet Explorer (No Add-ons)
should pop up near the top. Click on that. If the problems are gone, then
disable add ons one at a time to find the offending one.

There is an internet explorer newsgroup where IE questions should be asked.
It is OS independent.

I had the same issue after I ran an update to my ATI video drivers via
windows update - restored vista back to pre driver update and its now all
good.
