I just bought a new laptop with Windows Vista and having an issue that I
cannot resolve myself. When I open the list of wireless networks it shows that the signal strength from my router is 100% (it is located just a few feet away), however as soon as I connect to the router the signal drops to 32% . When I disconnect it immediately displays 100% again. I have three more other laptops with WinXP and non-of them has this issue. Also when I connect to a neighbour wireless network it Vista displays 100% signal strength all the time. Does anybody know what could be wrong? -- Message posted via WindowsKB.com http://www.windowskb.com/Uwe/Forums....rking/200702/1 |
