Default HIS X1650 Pro - Vista Ultimate - BSOD using DVI, VGA is fine

I have two computer setup with the following :

Computer 1 :
OS : Vista Ultimate RTM
Mobo : Asus P4s800 with all Bios Updates
Graphics : HIS X1650 Pro (connected by VGA to Monitor)
Monitor : Samsung 720N

Latest HIS drivers 270207 work fine and Vista Boots and X1650 Radeon
Displays in Device Manager.

Computer 2 :
OS : Vista Ultimate RTM
Mobo : Asus P4s800 with all Bios Updates
Graphics : HIS X1650 Pro (connected by DVI to Monitor)
Monitor : Samsung 740B

1. Install Vista it picks up graphics as Microsoft RV530 LE and Microsoft
RV530 LE Secondary.
2. On restart i get BSOD.
3. I go into Safe mode and disable the graphics drivers.
4. Go into Vista and installed latest HIS Drivers for Vista from 270207.
5. X1650 appears in device manager, on restart i get BSOD.
6. Boot into Safe mode X1650 and X1650 Seconday are appearing.

Q : How do i get X1650 to work with DVI ?
Tried VGA cable to Monitor and it works.
