Check the documentation that came with the computer or contact the computer's tech support. Sometimes it's a one shot deal, but hopefully it there will be a way to invoke it. -- Rock [MS-MVP User/Shell] |

Hello. To make an MS DOS startup disk, or a Computer Boot Disk: insert a floppy disk into drive A. Then right click and click Format. you should see a column pop-up. Check the "Create a MS DOS Boot Disk". Nothing else matters. Then click the start button at the bottom of the column. If it does not work because it is write protected, turn the write protection off. To do this, turn the disk over and move the write protect button located here. Hope this helps: ~~~Wadieface -- Wadieface |

Try looking in the Start Menu. You should see some kind of disc burning tool with a shortcut to burn a restore set. It should be there someplace. -- MilesAhead "I don't want to belong to any club that would have me as a member." - Groucho Marx |
