Help! I just purchased a new HP computer with Vista already loaded. I have an
HP printer and a scanner. However, loading the software for them the computer won't accept the drivers and such. The message I get is that files slbcsp.dll; sccbase.dll; gpkcsp.dll and Enum do not exist on the computer and are needed for further installation. Where do I get these files and once I get them where should they be saved? |

If the devices have Vista drivers, download and install them per whatever HP's instructions are. If you don't see any Vista drivers, contact HP to find out if they will be writing drivers for your devices. Malke -- Elephant Boy Computers www.elephantboycomputers.com "Don't Panic!"
