lodctr fails in Vista, works in XP
we have a performamce collection DLL, which gets installed via LODCTR and
then works fine in WIndows XP. On Vista, LODCTR returns with the message "Error encounterd while updateing text in registry. Status 0" and it does not write the First counter etc values. There is also an event 3002, for which I can not find any information. I tried with and without UAC, no difference/
