Default Vista crashes abruptly

My new vista OS crashes abruptly without any error message and restarts when
trying to down load or click some links at the following website.
http://www.windows-vista-update.com/...utilities.html
I have repeatedly tried the links on this site under Windows
Sysinternals/Featured resources.
Any click to any link here definitely crashes the OS.

The Vista version is Home premium from Dell , only two weeks old.
Request help from the experts who has resolved this.

Actually cant help you with that specific problem but my system is new as
well with vista alrealy installed. I have had it about 2 weeks and the system
has crashed twice as well as 390 error messages...with no solutions. If
anybody has any answers please let me know...microsoft has offered no
solutions to any of these error codes.

you can turn off auto restart on error, then the error information should show.
check under system properties - Advanced System Settings - Advanced tab - then Start up section.

or if your dell came with home support get them to come out and fix it.
