I love playing Real arcade games but ever since I changed to Vista have not
been able to download them. I get an error message about my cyber strength? Am thinking about installing IE6, but would it run on Vista and does anyone know if that would solve my problem? Any assistance would be gratefully received. |

I downloaded Real Arcade and purchased games, but then began having problems--like everyone else. I tried to uninstall it and then reinstall it, and now I cannot get its download manager to download the real arcade site. In other words, I cannot even get the real arcade home page and icon to install through its download manager. To make matters worse, the download manager keeps saying I can continue the download by using a "resume real arcade download" icon which does not exist. ![]() I called Real Arcade in India, they referred me to Netscape asserting that was the problem, but my wireless router allows Big Fish Games to download and my internet works, so that is not the problem. ![]() Netscape has now suggested a conference call with Real Arcade--both of them are in India and I am in the US so I am not sure that this proposal is realistic--In any event, I have been on hold for up to an hour each time I call Real Arcade. :sarc:w Anyone know what the problem is? I am not a computer geek, don't have a printer, and need step by step assistance. Thanks ![]() -- lulubelle |
