mine works just fine.
make sure you have it enabled in the bios. and select a power plan that allows use of it. power saver or balanced will allow cool and quiet to reduce cpu speed and fans. there have been some cpu board combinations that had problems with C & Q. By default most motherboard manufacturers have this turned off. Ensure it is
