My performance rating gave me a score once during install... and then after
that quit working.
All I have now is the original rating, no way to update it and just the page
where it says not sure where to start when I click on it.
Any suggestions on how to get it back to work properly?

Found the solution!
a.. Click Start, type regedit.exe and press ENTER
b.. Navigate to the following location:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Win dows\Control
Panel\Performance Control Panel

a.. In the right-pane, look for the value named PerfcplEnabled and delete
it, if found.
b.. Similarly, delete the PerfcplEnabled value from the following key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Wind ows\Control
Panel\Performance Control Panel
