Programs using Open, Save, Save As functions Stop Responding
Help! Whenever I try to save something or open something, the explorer box
opens up, then stops responding. This is incredibly frustrating, and puts a damper on a lot of work.

No network drives whatsoever.

Do you have a Mapped Network Drive that is unreachable? If so, try
