no response - Problem Reports & Solutions
Today after having trouble with a MSN game it asked to "close program go
online to check for solutions?" and I said OK. This game was Vista capable. The working of the game isn't the main issue; rather that when I manually invoke the Problem Reports & Solutions tool it now no longer appears. It matters not how long of time is allowed; it just doesn't appear. After a restart there is no difference. How can I troubleshoot this issue further? What suggestions do you have?
