Default windows performance index - empty window

Hi!

At the "place" where I formerly could see the performance indices for my
hardware is now a blank site only telling me when the last assesment was.
I would like to know how I can get it back? What is the issue?
(Vista business 32-bit)

Kind regards,
sap
