Default separate email accounts

Could you please explain to me how to separate incoming mail when two
different email addresses are established. In Outlook Express you would
switch identities, but now all incoming mail goes to the main
identify/default. Thank you

Start a new 'user' account then open windows mail and set up your other
name.

You can first set up both accounts in the single identity that is now the
only Identity. Then you can use message rules to segregate the messages
into various folders. So messages from one account can be shuttled to one
folder and from another account to another folder. See
http://www.mindspring.com/~oe_oh and the links there for info on message
rules.

Lots of people complained about not having Identities anymore, so I wrote a
little program that restores that feature back into WinMail. see
www.oehelp.com/WMIDs/
