Default Vista and a IpCop internet connection

I got a serious Problem. I am using an IpCop System to connect my computers
to the internet. When i plug any computer in to may network, this pc gets an
Ip, gateway and so on. I have had no problems under winxp.
using vista everything changes. I also get an Ip Gatewqay and so on but I
can not connect to the Web interface (https://192.168.1.1:455) to establishe
an connection to the internet.
When i let the IpCop connect to the internet with another pc, my vista pc
has an internet connection too. But Update an IE can not connect to the
internte. Only Firefox and the activation of vista worked. Strange.
What do i do wrong? Is Vista crazy?
I have realy no idea what to do. Please help me

Anfangs ging alles gut. Netzwerkkabel rein. Ip vom IpCop bekommen. Gateway
passt etc.
Also die Aktivierung
giong sofot.
Komisch.
Auch das Live Update geht nicht.
Die Kiste macht was sie will. Kann mir da jemand weiter helfen?
