I'm sure MSDN will have this build available in a few days or so.

Kevin;
Complain all you want if you feel you need to. But the fact remains your complaint is baseless. MSDN/Tech Net subscribers are not promised any specific Beta builds. If you feel you were, take it up with the person who made the promise. Be sure you have your written proof of the persons statement. As you have been told before, if you have a legitimate need for a Beta build, contact Microsoft and they will get it to you. But remember, you were in the Beta and you chose to leave. That means you left all future builds behind and need to live with the consequences of the choice you made. -- Jupiter Jones [MVP] http://www3.telus.net/dandemar http://www.dts-l.org wrote in message ... I also just thought that I would point out the following: It is really
unfair that everyone who is still in the Technical Beta is publicly talking about Windows Vista Build 5536, even though it is not Officially Available to the General Public by Legal Means, Just FYI. We are allowed to talk about the new builds. Quit being so immature and
learn to understand that you are not always going to get what you want. wrote in message ... Maybe your wish will come true. Per Mary Joe Foley, MSDN plus select CPP beta 2 users will be able to get this build the week of August 28th. So stop crying about it and yelling in these forums that have no control if MS releases a build to MSDN, TechNet or other groups.

With all due Respect, I intend to keep making a Fuss, until Microsoft does
one of the following: 1. Either Microsoft Re-Activates my Windows Vista Beta Tester Account, or 2. Microsoft Releases Windows Vista Build 5536 to both MSDN and Tech Net Plus Subscriber's, Just FYI.
