Default DOSBox running on Vista

Is it possible to run the DOSBox emulator on Vista? Are there any issues
specific to Vista?

I've made sure to "run as administrator" and haven't had any problems.

giving away for free?

Virtual PC 2007 runs on: Windows VistaT Business; Windows VistaT Enterprise;
Windows VistaT Ultimate; Windows Server 2003, Standard Edition; Windows
Server 2003, Standard x64 Edition; Windows XP Professional; Windows XP
Professional x64 Edition; or Windows XP Tablet PC Edition

I heard it's run fine on Vista Home too, just is not supported.
