I don't have the Dutch edition, and I don't know what browser you're using.
But I'm able to copy Internet Explorer favorites to the desktop using all of the following methods: -Drag the Favorite icon from the Favorites Center onto the desktop. -Right-click the icon in the Favorites Center and choose Copy. Then right-click the desktop and choose Paste. -Browse to the page and choose File Send Shortcut to Desktop. -Click the Start button, click Favorites, right-click the shortcut icon and choose Send To Desktop (create shortcut). Maybe one of those methods will work for you, don't know. If not, please mention what happens when you try. Maybe one of those methods will work for you, don't know. Using Windows Explorer, are you able to put a favorite in the folder
C:\Users\(YOUR USER NAME)\Desktop? Do any favorites you have tried to put on your desktop in the past show up there? "Jeroen van Beek" wrote in message ... Well that's what i do (its IE7 btw).
