I can telnet from cmd.exe with Windwos XP in my NB. But I can't telnet from
cmd.exe from my new desktop with Windows Vista. Is anyone know why? and how to telnet if you have Vista? |

I had to download Hyperterminal (personal use is free), and have puTTy, to

Telnet is an optional component in Vista, it is not installed unless you
