Default folder sharing and emule

hi!
i have a trouble sharing the INCOMING folder of emule (i tryed also with
other version of this p2p client).
I share this folder with "everyone" and admin rights to "everyone" then i
can see each file in this folder.

When emule finishes a download, the new file is not reachable from the
network... from another computer i can't see the new file even it is in that
folder!

i must share again that folder and then i can see it!

with XP i had a similar trouble. i was able to see that file but unable to
copy or move it...

help me pls!
