I recently bought a computer that had Windows Vista Home Prenium installed.
When I go to ShutDown or Restart the computer it doesn't .... I'm forced to do a Cold Boot. Is there a Fix for this ? |

Pulling the plug will work also.
How about telling us what actually happens when you try to shutdown or reboot and any error messages you receive? -- Regards, Richard Urban MVP Microsoft Windows Shell/User "Andre Lavictoire" wrote in message ...
