Interesting problem

Vista freezes for me everytime after a cold boot. Once Windows loads it's
normally a couple of minutes before it simply locks up. When I restart it is
fine, can use it for hours on end. But if I shutdown rather than restart,
then switch on again, it freezes.

Any ideas?
