On the Vista PC, re-enable UAC.

I am also having a spooler problem. I receive an erro saying my spooler is
not running. This started after I installed a Lexmark printer and the vista driver from their site. When it still didn;t work, I uninstalled it. After I rebooted my system I had the problem, and now my systems shows I have no pinters installed, even though there are two that worked previously. I found a lexmark files that the uninstall program left behine :lexbces" by going to serach and entering service.msc. Now when I try the search under service.msc I get no files found. The corruption has gotten worse. I would sure appreciate some help.
