Default Can't disable password-protected sharing

I am trying to disable password-protected sharing in the network panel in the control panel. I click on the arrow, select "disable",
click the button, nothing happens, the green button ("enabled") just stays there. Does somebody know what value is changed in the
registry? Maybe I can disable this feature through regedit. Or what might be causing this behaviour?
