Even though I have desktop VIEW "auto-arrange icons" UNCHECKED, it happens
every time I log off or shutdown & switch users. Happens in both ADMIN and std user accounts, and it seems to have begun after I installed my Palm Treo software. Several other folks seem to report a similar bug & I still don't see a fix. I read a regedit fix on the net elsewhere (not Vista specifically) but I am reluctant to try it - yet. -- JMB -- JMB |

Naturally I have uninstalled the offending Palm Treo software & successfully
restored to a point before. However, problem persists......
