Default Can't access USB devices over network

Network - 2 Win2k Pro boxes, 1 Laptop Vista Home Premium
All in all, the smoothest network setup I ever had with a new box....Except

I can't access two USB devices on my main Win2k box, external HD and an HP
6110 printer. I can see them, pull up properties but receive 'access denied'
anytime I try to connect from the vista laptop

The printer message is simply 'access denied'
The external HD message is '\\compter\drive is not accessible. You might
not have permission to use this network resource. Contact Admin of this
server to find out if you have access permission. Not enough server storage
space is available to process this command.

No other problems anywhere on the network, just these USB devices. I've been
through a number of forums and web searches and can't find anything remotley
related.

Counting on the big brains here for help!

Doug-WI,

I'm sorry you're experiencing trouble. If you're seeing 'access denied'
issues when printing, then either create the same username/passwords on all
machines OR turn OFF password protected sharing in Vista.

Please post back and let us know the outcome.
