Default Bad_pool_error with laptop

Found a workaround, bit of a pain tho, have a look

Aparently if you disable speedstep, disable a cpu, or rollback the bios it
works fine.

I deleted Vista, so im gna reinstall it and see if it works by disableing
speedstep.
