No AD1986 sound on M2N-MX
I changed to new mobo ASUS m2n-mx with AMD64 3500+ and Vista x64. No sound
through AD1986A . No device showning up in MMC. I have follwed some treads from this forum and others ending up in ASUS support site and Nvidia. Installing the recommended AudioAD1986A610x6100_Vista from ASUS saying smwdm.sys missing! Failure! SOme description on ASUS site indicates there is another driver with a different version number for x64??!! Help needed. Anybody knows something?
