Hi,
I have just tried to back up my files using the back up facility on Vista Home Premium. Unfortunately, I received an error message which said: The backup did not complete successfully. The file or directory is corrupted or unreadable (0x80070570) I was trying to backup my c-drive onto a second hard drive both of which are working normally. If anyone can help me with this problem I would be very grateful. T |

Can you zip and email me the files from %windir%\logs\windowsbackup\? Remove
"online" from my address. Also, please email me a screenshot of your Disk Management screen so we can see your disks and volumes. Finally, include a description of the problem you are having in the email. Thanks! -- This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.
