Default VPN problem with Vista

I have get a new computer with Vista Business. Now I am having problem with
VPN. I access our company's files and folder from server via VPN. After
changing to Vista, there 1 of the folder I just can't access. Every time I
try to access, you can see the computer is processing, and then it will show
(not responding), and last froze up the whole computer. I can't do anything,
and ctrl+alt+del does not help at all. I wait it out once, and the status
never changed. I can access other folder from the same location, but I just
don't understand what happened with this particular folder. I used any other
computer with XP, and I have not problem. Please let me know if anyone can
help me out here. Thanks.
