I have a three storey house that calls for w/less access points on each level
to maintain adequate signal strength. The cable modem is connected to a Linksys router in the basement and each access point is connected to that via a netgear powerline device. When I was running XP this worked really well using either Windows W/Less config or Intel Pro Set. Now I have upgradedto Vita Premium Home the only access point that the computer points to is the router in the basement and once I am on level three of my hous I have no signal where I used to have full sgnal anywhere in my house. Is there anywhere I can go in Vista to see what access points are being used or does anyone have any ideas as to what to do so that I get the same signal as I did when I used good old XP |
